From the Parish Magazine this month:
"..Every year the PCC (Parochial Church Council) holds an annual meeting at which officers are elected, the accounts are presented and the fabric off the buildings and the life of the Church is reported upon. These meetings are advertised and held in public places to encourage parishioners to attend. If you would like the opportunity to vote at your Annual Parochial Church Council meeting you need to be on the Electoral Roll.
In order to keep this fresh, every six years we close down the existing Electoral Roll and invite people to fill in a new application to join the new roll, (You will see notices about this on the doors of our churches.) Application forms can be collected from the back of Church or can be emailed to you if you request one from The Rector (firstname.lastname@example.org) or can be downloaded from this site (see the button below!).
Don't miss out on the opportunity to influence the life of the church in your parish"
